Where can I find the FormTool sample forms?
Sample forms can be found by going to the File / Open Sample Forms command in v6.1. The forms are stored in Program Files\org professional\form tool6\forms. If you own FormTool v6, you can upgrade to FormTool v6.1 for free by clicking here.
